We want you to love your PinCase. Because every item is custom-printed to order, our return terms work a little differently than off-the-shelf products.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right — a free replacement or full refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Made-to-order items
Because each case and sticker sheet is produced specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong model selected at checkout, or change of mind. Please double-check your phone model before ordering.
How to start a return
Email us through our Contact page with your order number and, for damaged/defective items, a clear photo. We respond within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear after approval.
